Chef Damien De Valukhoff and his team offer you a menu featuring our signature dishes, as well as a new range of suggestions with recipes that perfectly combine tradition, modernity and exceptional produce.
We give pride of place to green and local cuisine, in particular with fish from our surrounding lakes and rivers. Our aim is to bring you closer to our producers, so as to give priority to short-distance produce.
We are lucky enough to work with pastry chef Amaryllis Desorbais, who cut her teeth at Alain Ducasse's Plaza Athénée and now delights you with her homemade desserts and ice creams.
