The charming chalet hotel Neige et Roc offers you its gourmet restaurant in Samoëns. With "home-made" dishes that combine traditional cuisine and gastronomy, the menu, which evolves with each season, highlights the various local products. The cuisine is varied and refined, to the delight of your palate.
The restaurant will delight all fans of mountain lake fish, with its selection of perch, trout, char and crayfish.
Its many Savoyard specialities, such as fondue, will seduce cheese lovers. Every week in summer, you can enjoy barbecues and grilled meats in a mountain chalet.
We also offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes (rolls available for breakfast and dinner).

Special menu for Christmas Eve (December, 24th) and for New Year's Eve (December, 31st). Those menus will be set mid-december.
No plastic single-use stirrers, no plastic cup/bottle/dishes. Recycling of deposit bottles, coffee pods, coffee grounds, plastic plugs and corks. Preservation of the quality and volume of water. No use of toxic products in the pipes. Organic and non-organic waste sorting.
Children's menus (15 € per child and per meal), high chairs available, baby monitor system for the hotel guests, bottle warmer.
