The young chef Savoyard Julien Dubourgeat, and Frédéric Boulanger, with his international experience, have at heart to offer you associations of flavors and food and wine pairings that will make you travel throughout the Alpine Arc. Special attention is paid to finding local and seasonal products. In summer you can enjoy fresh herbal teas from our herb garden.
We welcome you in an old farm of Beaufortain, a real piece of heritage, restored with old materials and furnished with a Scandinavian touch.
The terrace surrounded by flowering fields, offers a panoramic view of the beautiful Beaufortain valley and Mont Blanc, summer and winter.
