Through this Health Charter, the Odalys Group commits to its customers and employees to :

Integrate governmental and health authority recommendations to adapt its protocols to the fight against the spread of Covid-19,
Reinforce our sanitary measures in housing, common areas and all points of contact (such as notice boards, lift panels, door handles, payment terminals, etc.) with adapted products,
Define the necessary customer routes and traffic plans to respect barrier gestures and recommendations for social distancing (e.g.: marking the ground, installation of Plexiglas protection in reception areas, etc.),
Display information and preventive measures in places welcoming the public and its employees,
Ensure the maintenance of the bathroom linen and sheets and clean the dishes (plates, cutlery, glasses...) according to the recommendations of the health authorities,
Train staff in health and safety procedures,
Make it compulsory for our teams to wear masks, when necessary.
Adapt reception capacities in common areas in order to guarantee the safety of all by establishing reinforced and specific access and health safety instructions in accordance with the recommendations of the authorities in force,
Adapt or even close down the leisure services and facilities within its establishments (breakfast, entertainment, spa, fitness room, etc.) in order to comply with the recommendations,
Ensure and adhere to a risk management protocol in the event of suspected Covid-19 contagion.
