About
Reimbursement (excluding administrative fees) of sums paid, in the following cases:
- If new national containment measures occur during the stay (reimbursement on a pro rata basis)
- If the customer is unable to go to his vacation spot due to new traffic restrictions and closure of national departure and / or destination borders
