When the great glaciers melted, certain animal species survived only in the mountains: the mountain hare, the ptarmigan, but also the dahu (wild goose)... This animal, which always turns on the same side to feed, has adapted over the millennia to remain stable on the slope and has seen its legs grow on the downstream side.
If the hunt goes well, you can enjoy a leg of wild boar over a wood fire, during a meal in the middle of nature. And if you come back empty-handed? Don't worry, Patrick never goes out without a loaf of bread and a piece of cheese. He will be able to prepare a makeshift fondue for you, in the heart of the snowy forests of the Plaine Joux plateau!
