Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-Beaurevers: a majestic edifice at the entrance to the commune, situated on the plateau of the same name and overlooking the valley, the Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-Beaurevers, listed as a Monument Historique, is a major Baroque landmark and one of Savoie's main shrines dedicated to the Virgin Mary.

About
0/ Start - From the parking lot in the center of Montaimont, pass the restaurant and turn right. Pass the sports field, then turn right and climb up to the roadside.
1/ Leave the road and climb up through the woods. Pass under the aqueduct and turn right onto the track, then left to reach the hamlet of La Perrière.
2/ At the main street, turn left, cross the hamlet and continue on a flat track to a cross. From here, the route climbs up to reach the Ramés area.
3/ Descend along a tree-lined farm track to the hamlet of La Perrière. From here, follow the forest path you took on the outward journey to the aqueduct crossroads.
4/ Turn left towards the hamlet of Les Bigots. At the next crossroads, turn right, then right again to descend to Montaimont.
5/ Cross the chemin de l'aqueduc and go down to the village of Montaimont on a narrow path.

By car from Chambéry to Maurienne :
By road for access on the Saint-François-Longchamp / Bonvillard side: Special equipment is mandatory and must be used in case of snow in winter.
Follow A43, E70 and A43 towards D927 at Sainte-Marie-de-Cuines. Take exit 26 and leave the A43
Head for Saint-François-Longchamp on the RD213, then turn right uphill towards Montaimont on the D99.
Caution! In winter, the road between Col du Chaussy and Bonvillard (commune of Montaimont / Saint-François-Longchamp) is closed to cars.
By train :
Saint-Avre / La Chambre" SNCF train station, 11 km from Bonvillard. Bus shuttles from Saint-François-Longchamp to Bonvillard only.
