Start with the easiest route before tackling the more difficult ones. Your bike must be properly serviced and in good working order. Helmets are mandatory.

ESCARGOT - Easy level
Length 105 m, vertical drop -7 m. You are new to this activity. No special skills required.

PARADISE - Medium level
Length 330 m, vertical drop -20 m. You begin to accelerate. Balance and speed control techniques must be acquired.

ROCK'N ROLL - Difficult level
Length 330 m, vertical drop -40 m.
You're one of the more experienced riders. Perfect for learning to ride.

SKY - Medium level
Length 210 m, vertical drop +13 m.
You climb to the top of the blue run.

PUMPTRACK - Easy level
Length 50 m, vertical drop 0 m.
A ring for learning balance and speed. You can go faster and faster as you learn to lean perfectly into turns and pounce on bumps to accelerate.

TRIAL - All difficulties
Different handling modules are available to help you
your bike on and between boulders.

    This trail center is exclusively reserved for bikes, electric bikes and disabled bikes.

    GOOD PRACTICE Trails are closed to pedestrians. Outside the trails, pedestrians always have priority. Respect the site and nature. Take your garbage with you.     ECO-PATURAGE AREA This site is dedicated to the eco-paturing of goats and sheep. Please respect the grassy areas.
    WEATHER Beware of changes in the weather: rain greatly reduces the grip of the ground and the wooden modules.

    PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES Start your session with a warm-up and finish it with some stretching. Stay hydrated and eat properly during your cycling session.
