Departure from Viuz-en-Sallaz. Slow ascent to Saint-André-de-Boëge on a wide path. Then, we follow the Menoge river until Villard. Then we go up to the Col du Perret on a steep path in places. The climb continues to Chaîne d'Or on a small road (avoidable by a steep path). Then we cross the plateau to the Rocher Blanc (climbing site) and we start a long and beautiful descent of more than 500 m on the river Risse. Climb up to Saint-Denis, descend to Saint-Jeoire and return to the start.
