Children's outings (minimum age 9) accompanied by a State-certified guide at all levels.

Difficulty of outings :
- Green: introduction to mountain biking for adults and children, warm-up on wide trails
- Blue: rolling, single-track trails
- Red: for sporty riders, enduro mountain biking experience required
- Black: for experienced enduro mountain bikers
- Electric: suitable for the whole family from 1.35m upwards

Our sessions for young children:
Mini pilot academy
1h30 on a circuit in Les Coches to discover balance and handling. 2 groups according to age:
* Mini pilot 3-5 years
* Mini pilot 6-8 years

All mountain academy: 3 sessions of 3h to discover mountain biking: how to ride efficiently and pilot on uneven terrain - From 9 to 13 years old

⚡🟢Discovery VTTAE: 1h30 to discover electric mountain biking on wide trails around the resort - from 9 years old
⚡🔵Evasion VTTAE: 1/2-day outing on an electric mountain bike on wide trails and introduction to trail riding techniques - from 12 years old
⚡🔴Excursion VTTAE: full-day outing on an electric mountain bike on forest tracks and trails - picnic not included - from 15 years upwards

🚵‍♂️ 🔵 All Mountain Discovery: 1/2-day outing - downhill on mostly wide trails and introduction to riding techniques on single-track trails - from 12 years upwards
🚵‍♂️ 🔴 Sportive All Mountain: 1/2-day outing - mostly downhill with introduction to downhill on technical singletrack - from age 15 upwards
🚵‍♂️ ⚫ Expert All Mountain: full-day outing on varied terrain with a predominantly downhill profile - advanced technical level and good physical condition required - picnic not included - from 15 years upwards
