This is an easy figure-8 itinerary on the small plateau between Aussoi and Sardières. It is relatively short but varied, with sections of road, tracks and singletrack paths through the pines. Children should have no difficulty and can have fun with the variants hidden in the forest.

In the summer season, possibility to take the bus line S52 (Modane - Aussois - Lanslebourg) and get off at the stop "Le Centre"; bus equipped with a bicycle trailer every day except Saturday. Then head towards Sardières, at the top of the climb, on the left you are at the start of the cross-country track.
By car, park in the Aussois La Croix car park.
