Marie-Hélène gladly introduces her goat farm through a guided tour to explain the production of chevrotin. Throughout the course, we enjoy discovering the educational panels created for the occasion. The walk can be extended by a tasting made of buckshot, tomme, serac, jams ... Convinced by the victuals with alpine flavors, we generally start with buckshot, tomme or serac sold on site.
It takes around 45 minutes to walk from the La Lanche car park to Le Reposoir to access the farm.
Free guided tour of the goat farm and discovery of the Chevrotin (herd, milking, manufacturing) and the passion for our profession.
Visits on Mondays and Thursdays from 3 p.m. and milking goats at 5:15 p.m. By reservation
Description of the appellation : Always made exclusively on the farm and by hand since its inception, Chevrotin is a goat cheese, with a unique method of making it: it's an uncooked pressed paste with a washed rind.
