Description of the appellation : PDO Chevrotin - Chevrotin is a farm cheese made from raw goat milk from the departments of Savoie and Haute-Savoie. This appellation of French origin benefits from preservation thanks to an appellation of origin controlled since May 2002 and an appellation of origin protected since 2005.
