Le GAEC du Signal is a goat farm located a few minutes away from Lépin-le-Lac, in Attignat-Oncin. It gathers 60 milk goats of Alpine breed, around 15 kid goats and 3 billy goats.
The farm cheese lovers will have the opportunity to discover the farm and its animals and also watch the milking of the goats at 5.30 pm.
Every year around 60 000 litres of milk are transformed into lactic products.
Unpasteurised milk cheeses are "ladle-moulded" in a traditional manner and are sold at the shop or sent to cheese ripener. The seasonal production takes place between February 1st and November 15th.
