GAEC Barbossine
About
- Cheese
Mountain farmers use their herds to maintain the high mountain pastures.
This is essential to maintain the landscape of pastures and meadows
meadows that serve as ski slopes in winter and hiking trails in summer.
Biodiversity is preserved by preventing the proliferation of dominant species.
And without mountain pastures, there's no Abondance cheese!
