The Cave Cooperative d'Aime invites you to find out how Beaufort cheese is made, to sample it (fruit of the high pastures of Savoy, Beaufort is the prince of Gruyères), to visit the cellar and to discover our local products.

During the winter season, the Aime cooperative processes 2.2 million litres of milk, which represents: more than 200 tonnes of Beaufort produced, 15 farms in the canton of Aime, 700 Tarine and Abondance cows.
Beaufort cheese vending machine, accessible outside, 7/7 and 24/24.

Self-guided tour with cheesemaking from 30 September to 15 June, every morning from 08:30 to 11:30.
All year round, free agriculture tour in the canton of Aime, from 08:30 to 11:30 and from 14:30 to 18:00. Reservations required for groups.

    Every day throughout the year
    Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 8.30 am and 12 pm and between 2.30 pm and 7 pm.
