Spring is coming, bees will slowly take the way of the meadow, gather pollen in each flower, bring the precious nectar back to the hive to transform it in honey.
When you'll be equipped from the head to the foots, you'll go on the apiary to discover the interior of a hive, look at the work of the bees, search the honey and the pollen store in the hive. Go to the discovery of the queen, look at the birth of a bee… An hour of interactions to know more things about bees, honey, and the apiarist job.
Store of "la Cime du Rucher" : be gourmand and come to discover honeys and pastries from the hive.

Edith also makes by an artisanal way marshmallow, nougat, "cara'miel" and gingerbread with her chestnut honey.
If you're not far, you can also meet the apiarist on the market of Albiez-Montrond on Thursdays mornings in high seasons.
