Orchestrated by Executive Head Chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois, Le Comptoir de L'Apogée offers traditional, simple and authentic cuisine, with pure flavors. The Koori restaurant is an excellent culinary experience through the fine Japanese cuisine. The two restaurants are opened for dinner. Le Bar de L’Apogée welcomes the skiers wishing to relax over lunch and enjoying sun on its terrace. In the evening, guests can enjoy the festive atmosphere at Le Bar de L’Apogée and the elegance of the cigar lounge to share moments.

During this exceptional period and until the end of 2020, you can change or cancel your booking without charge up to 48 hours before arrival in case of restrictions and/or bans on travel or entry into the national territory, travel restrictions, isolation or quarantine obligation imposed by the French authorities.

Reduction of our waste (sorting of all waste in place in the hotel, recovery of our edible oils in biofuel, donations of bread to the equestrian center of Courchevel, reduction of packaging and plastic objects, deliveries of our fruits and vegetables and fish in reusable boxes).
Reduction of energy consumption (regulation of temperatures in rooms and common areas, contactors on windows, presence detectors in all common areas, car parks and changing rooms for our staff, LED lighting).
Awareness of our employees (training on sustainable development, distribution of pocket ashtrays, elimination of plastic bottles – water bottles made available, organization of waste collection on the slopes each year).
Awareness of our guests (change of linen only every 2 days, partnership with the association France Nature Environnement Savoie to carry out actions to preserve natural environments - we invite our customers to participate in the financing of these projects, a Giving bag is put in the room to allow our customers to donate clothing to local associations, a range of organic body products in the room and at the Bamford brand spa, activities are organized by our Kids Club to raise children's awareness of protection of the environment).
Associative commitment (we collect slippers, flip-flops and hygiene products to distribute to local charities).
