Lavorel Hotels is closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements regarding the new coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments.
With the wellbeing of our guests and associates being of paramount importance, our cancelation policy has been updated across all our Lavorel Hotels properties.
In response to changing marketplace conditions, Lavorel Hotels is committed to ensuring our customers experience flexibility during these challenging times.
For all Lavorel Hotels properties, we have updated our reservation and cancelation policies.
For all guests making new reservations in one of our hotels until November 30, 2021, reservations will be subject to the rules communicated with the offered rate at time of booking.
Only in the unique event that the French government or the one from the client’s country of origin takes one of the following decisions in light of the ongoing health crisis will we offer a refund* to guests if they refuse to postpone their stay:
- National or regional lockdown
- Travel ban on the French territory ordered by ministerial decree
- Borders closing
- Travel quarantine for 14 days upon arrival or return to the territory
- Closing of the ski resort, its ski lifts and its winter activities
We assure you that we will implement everything in order to guarantee the safety of our guests within our properties and we remain at your entire disposal.
