Chalet Chanteneige

Chalet Chante Neige is situated at an altitude of 1300m, in Crest Voland (northern Alps, Savoie), on the slopes of Mont Lachat. In the winter, both adults and children can ski directly from the chalet. The village is situated 300m further down the slope and is easily reached on foot. You can ski in the Espace Diamant ski area (Crest Voland, Les Saisies, Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet and Praz sur Arly, with its 193 km of slopes and 148 runs). The Olympic cross-country ski runs can be found at Col des Saisies, directly accessible by chairlift from Crest Voland. During spring, summer and autumn there is a range of hiking trails and activities on offer (mountain biking, fishing, hiking, tennis, climbing, treetop adventure trail, paragliding etc), as well as visits to local cheese producers, making this a pleasant and informative holiday destination.
The chalet can sleep up to 55 people in wood-clad bedrooms with 2 to 4 beds, on the first floor, and in little cabins, with 2 to 4 beds, on the second floor. The 250 m2 of terraces are the perfect outdoor space for serving drinks, lunch, reading or relaxing.
Two communal rooms are available for table football games, getting together, watching films or dancing.

Depending on the time of year, it is possible to rent the chalet on either a full-board basis (regional dishes served in a friendly atmosphere) or as self-catering (groups look after all the cooking, cleaning etc themselves).
The chalet is perfect for celebrating family events, spending fun times with friends, for work committees, or as a holiday centre or place for sports clubs to gather…
