Rando Savoie Mont Blanc, a simple and practical app

Savoie Mont Blanc Tourisme has launched a new app highlighting the area’s unique location for trekking, with over 8,000 kilometres of marked trails and iconic circuits. The Rando Savoie Mont Blanc app—developed in partnership with the online mapmaking specialist Cirkwi—gives you access to more than 800 routes and a multitude of practical information through GPS tracking.

800 available treks

The 800 treks are available on a page with GPS plots, descriptions, photos, technical information (duration, elevation gain, distance, altitude, etc.), when the trails are open, and places of interest (panoramas, heritage, and so on).

A browser and numerous possibilities to filter information help you find what you need quickly.

By activating the GPS function, the app will give you the closest trails as well as all of the useful services. You can follow your progress as a list or on the map. 

Apidae Tourisme maintains the database. Local tourist offices and service providers in the area update the information on a regular basis.
