Come and meet Elsa, yoga teacher (hatha, vinyasa, yin yoga, meditation, children's yoga and family yoga) in the heart of the Valfréjus resort, in her yoga studio: "Zazen Yoga", a soothing studio with soft lighting, a serene atmosphere and the scent of incense that takes you on a journey towards the path of yoga. Yoga for everyone, to suit everyone!
