I offer a floor Pilates class on a mat that can be enhanced with small accessories (balls, ring, swissballl, elastic ...).
I am a health professional who has been trained in Pilates for over 5 years.
Pilates improves posture and balance; it will give you better muscle tone and will also work on your breathing. It will make you more flexible, not forgetting improving your coordination and concentration. There are no contraindications, and classes are adapted to suit your age and any medical conditions you may have.
The movements are slow and precise. In Pilates, we strive for perfect movement, which is why classes are given in very small groups so that we can bring you as close as possible to the desired movement, without constraint or pain. Everyone works at their own pace and according to their own abilities.

- 20 € / person in a group lesson
- Family or friends = €80 per hour (max 6 people)
- Solo: €80 per hour
- 20% off the second lesson of the week.
