La Forge is a spacious 1,500m² club with "Outdoor" areas.
Fitness classes suitable for everyone in terms of cardio-training, muscle strengthening and joint mobility: Bodypump, Bodyattack, Rpm, Bodybalance, Step, Pilates, Yoga, Fit'dance and Bodysculpt.
The devices are branded "TECHNOGYM", the world leader in gym equipment and machines.
The club also offers you the only Squash area in the valley! This racket sport develops flexibility, speed and reflexes!
The relaxation area is made up of a Spa, a Hammam with subdued lighting, diffusion of eucalyptus essence, a Sauna built of stones and wood and a terrace to relax in the sun.
