What is La Semaine du Trail ?
The organising team wants Trail Week to be more than just a sporting break - it's a week full of exchanges and excitement.
Whatever your level, beginner or advanced, you'll be accompanied during the sessions by guides from the mountain office, a unique opportunity to discover the mountains in a different way.
Running on comfortable, accessible mountain pastures, breathing in pure mountain air and taking in the sights will be one of the leitmotifs of the course. You'll be offered an all-inclusive programme: training, lectures, film sessions, nutrition and competitions...
