    Motor Disability

    The car parking is near the entrance to the apartment, in a gravel yard. To access the front door, you still have to cross 4 steps downhill between 14 and 21cm. There is no handrail for these first 4 steps. You then have to climb 10 steps uphill, equipped with a handrail. The steps measure between 16 and 18cm for the first 8 steps and 14 for the last 2 steps. You then have to go through the two entrance doors that allow access to the interior, one measuring 69cm wide and the other 88cm. A threshold of 4cm is also to be crossed. On the ground floor, everything is level, with no thresholds or steps. It includes: - The kitchen and dining area where the kitchen worktop is 89cm high and the dining room table is 73cm high. - From the kitchen you can also access the 1st bathroom with toilets. The front door is 69cm wide. The toilet is at a height of 43cm, the bathroom sink is 84cm high. The room is equipped with a shower whose entrance is 69cm wide with a 13cm step. The shower measures 69x98cm. If requested, it is possible to install a booster seat in the shower to sit. - From the kitchen, you can access the living room by an open passage 95cm wide. The living room is equipped with a sofa that can be transformed into a 46cm high bed. The living room can be darkened with a curtain but the room has no door and is open directly to the kitchen. To climb to the 1st floor, you have to climb a staircase of 14 steps 18cm high equipped with a handrail. Be careful, depending on its size it will be necessary to lower because a beam on the climb is rather low. On the 1st floor, a 13cm step is present, it is between the bedroom and the second room used as a living room or bedroom / bathroom / toilet / stairs to access the 2nd floor. The floor consists of: - A bedroom, consisting of a double bed that measures 45cm in height and a 2-seater convertible sofa that measures 44cm high. This room is equipped with curtain. - A living room separated from the bedroom by a door that cannot be locked in which is a convertible sofa 2 seats of a height of 37cm. This living room also has curtains to darken the room. - A bathroom consisting of a shower that measures 112x130cm with a 19cm step and a shower entrance 68cm wide. If requested, it is possible to install a booster seat in the shower to sit. The bathroom sink is 88cm high. - Toilets that automatically light up with a detector. The toilet door is 59cm wide and the toilets are 43cm high. To reach the 2nd floor, you have to climb 11 steps 20cm high without a handrail. The second floor consists of a room under the roofs with 3 beds: A double bed with a height of 45cm and 2 single beds with a height of 28cm. This room is equipped with curtains, it does not present walking. Outside, access to the pool is via the entrance gates mentioned above. You have to go down the 10 steps and then another 15cm step. There is then a sloped ramp that allows you to go to the pool, it is 89cm wide. Owners do not have a suitable launch device and steps allow you to enter the water (see photos).     Mental Disability

    The accommodation is located in a small hamlet, on a road where few cars circulate, so there is very little passage. The house is partially fenced. The toilet closes with a rotating lock. Either the rooms do not have a door, or it does not lock (door that separates the living room and the room on the first floor). The bathroom mixer is simple and classic. A swimming pool is set up in the garden. When not in use, it is covered. No presence of suitable pictogram. Nearby owners will listen to the person's needs.

    Visual Disability

    There is no floor door or window in the apartment. The accommodation is not particularly contrasting and is composed mainly of wood. Service dogs are accepted. Sensors outside the dwelling help to illuminate the path to the front door. A detector automatically turns on the light in the toilet on the 1st floor. Beware, the staircase to get to the first floor and the room on the 2nd floor have ceiling heights sometimes low. Nearby owners will listen to the person's needs.
