This quiet residence is located at the entrance to the forest, and hiking trails, lined with snowy fir trees.
Large garden and sledge run for children in front of the residence.
Large swimming pool in the residence in summer.
The flat is located 3 minutes from the ESF chalet / Piu Piu kindergarten and the Combette chairlift.
Shopping mall with Sherpa supermarket, cheese shop, bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, bar and restaurant within 5 minutes walk.
In the residence is the Arcadien hotel with a restaurant, a bar and a spa (sauna, Nordic bath, jacuzzi, and massage).
