The experience of separation is a daunting one for toddlers, who are venturing into a world that is still very new to them.

Cécile Bergame was nurtured from an early age by unusual and whimsical family tales, and soon realized that stories had the power to make her travel. She spent much of her childhood listening to her mother's nursery rhymes and fingerplays, and reading everything she could get her hands on. Since then, she has traveled the roads of France and beyond, lending her warm, sweet voice to traditional oral tales.
