- The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and all the necessary appliances (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, blender...).
- A shower room with toilet and washing machine.
ON THE FLOOR:
- A large bedroom equipped with a double bed 160/200, with balcony and view on Bramanette and the village.

Several ski resorts nearby: Val Cenis 10mn (300 kms of slopes), La Norma 15mn (65 kms of slopes), Aussois 20mn (55 kms of alpine ski slopes and 30 kms of Nordic skiing on the monolith plateau).
Shuttle stop at 150m / 2 mn walk from the house, to access the different ski resorts and the Nordic ski area of Le Planay .
At 100 m from the house, Nordic ski area of Bramans (cross-country skiing only - depending on snow conditions).

Situated at the gateway to the Vanoise National Park, an ideal place to discover the mountains on foot, on skis as well as by bike, mountain bike or just for a motorbike stop.
