Virginie and Christine will be with you all summer, on Tuesdays from 8am to 9am.
These practices are accessible to everyone, alone or in pairs. The postures are a way of expressing what's deepest inside you, in all sincerity.
Bookings must be made at the Tourist Office by 5pm the day before.

Family yoga is a great way to get to know each other in a different way, and to strengthen bonds by practising a fun physical activity together.

Child (6-13 years): 10 €.
Children from 6 years old accepted if accompanied by an adult.

Reception
Children can come alone or with their parents.
Dress flexibly. Bring a floor mat or bath sheet, water and a cushion (optional), sun cream and sunglasses.
In case of rain: held in the basement of the Tourist Office.
