Dolce Vita Week - 8th edition

Monday, July 29

Registration opens at 6pm with the activities team in the courtyard of the Accueil de Loisirs. You'll have the chance to discover the service providers and activities while enjoying a detox cocktail!
If places are still available, you can sign up the next day at 9 a.m. at the Tourist Office. Please note, only a limited number of places per workshop!
All activities require prior registration. Some activities are chargeable, as indicated in the program.

Tuesday July 30th

9:30 to 10:30 am --> Sophrology in the Alto room. Free admission.
9:30 am --> Yoga at the summit of Fornelet (at the top of the gondola). Workshop led by Carole Chevallier. Free admission.
10h00 --> Jewelry-making workshop under the barnum in front of the Tourist Office. The session lasts 2 hours and is led by Christine Ancel. Free admission.
3 pm to 6 pm --> Botanical walk. Meet under the barnum on the Tourist Office forecourt. 3-hour walk, in collaboration with the Distillerie des fleurs de Lune. Free admission.
3pm to 7pm --> Foot reflexology in the Alto room, with Caroline bien-être. Each session lasts 10 minutes. Fee: 8€.
5pm to 7pm --> Seated massage in the Alto room, with Erwan Merendet. Paying activity (8€).
5pm --> Yoga in the Alto room. Free admission.
From 7pm --> Barbecue party and concert from 8pm with duo TOU!
10pm --> Star-gazing session in front of the Tourist Office. Activity lasting approx. 2 hours, supervised by Tomastro (in case of bad weather, meet at 9pm and the activity will take place at the planetarium).

Wednesday July 31st

9.30am to 10.30am --> Sophrology in the Alto room. Free admission.
9:30 am --> Yoga at the summit of Fornelet (at the top of the gondola). Workshop led by Carole Chevallier. Free admission.
2pm to 5pm --> Soap-making workshop. Workshop lasts 3 hours. In collaboration with La Marmotte à Bulles. Free admission.
3pm to 6pm --> Cosmetic workshop, balm and cream. Meet under the barnum in front of the Tourist Office. Workshop lasts 3 hours. In collaboration with Distillerie des Fleurs de Lune. Free admission.
3:30 pm --> Jewelry-making workshop in the Salle Alto. The session lasts 2 hours and is led by Christine Ancel. Free admission.
3 pm to 7 pm --> Foot reflexology in the Alto room, with Caroline bien-être. Each session lasts 10 minutes. Fee: 8€.

1:30pm to 4pm --> Sophrologie nature. Meet in front of the tourist office. The activity lasts 2h30 and is led by Karine Fromaget. Free admission.
2pm to 5pm --> Soap-making workshop. Workshop lasts 3 hours. In collaboration with La Marmotte à Bulles. Free admission.
3pm to 6pm --> Distillation and perfume-making workshop. Meet under the barnum on the Tourist Office forecourt. 3-hour workshop, in collaboration with La Distillerie des Fleurs de Lune. Free admission.
