- Mise en bouche - velouté de potimarron et foie gras or crème brûlée au foie gras (depending on dates) accompanied by petit grain de Suzon du domaine Sainte-Léocadie (Muscat)
- Duo of semi-cooked whole foie gras, foie gras au naturel and foie gras with gingerbread, accompanied by Cuvée de décembre (Chasselas) from Domaine de la Grande Cave de Crépy Mercier
- Duck aiguillette with foie gras, fig confit and raspberry sauce accompanied by Maury Grande Réserve (Grenache) from domaine Pouderoux
- Duck Tournedos Rossini, seasonal polenta and vegetables from Mère Gaud, accompanied by Fernand Averoux (Syrah, Grenache) from Domaine Sainte-Leocadie

- Board of foie gras and cured meats: whole semi-cooked duck foie gras, dried duck breast stuffed with foie gras, smoked dried duck breast, duck sausage, duck pastrami, smoked or marinated foie gras aiguillettes, accompanied by Petit Grain de Suzon from Domaine Sainte-Léocadie (Muscat)
- Duck breast and seasonal accompaniment, accompanied by Fernand Averoux (Syrah, Grenache) from Domaine Sainte-Leocadie
- Douceurs de la ferme - ice creams or sorbets "Au douceur de la ferme" by Aline and Cédric Dussollier (Annecy-le-Vieux), coffee
