This apartment, completely renovated, is composed of a main room with kitchen and living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and separate toilet.
Sleeps in the living room (double BZ sofa) and in the bedroom with 1 pull-out bed and 1 mezzanine bed. A second sofa is in the living room (non convertible).
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, all the necessary to cook as well as dishes for 4 persons, dishwasher and washing machine.
Storage space is available in the bedroom with shelves and closets as well as in the entrance hall for boots, ski clothes, coats etc...
The beds have mattress protection, pillows with underpads and blankets (new). Tablecloths and bath mats are changed after each rental and we offer you a cleaning kit for the cleaning at the end of your stay.
In the room the children will find games, toys and books.
On the balcony, in front of the living room, a bistro table and 2 chairs allow you to enjoy the sunny moments in summer and winter.
There is a ski locker in the residence.
We offer bed linen and towels for rent and we can lend you a cot and booster bed on request before your arrival.
We live in La Norma, so it is us who welcome you on your arrival and who are there for the inventory of fixtures on your way out.

You can combine the rental of our 4 apartments for stays with family or friends by being "each one at home".
Rental by the week, weekend or for short stays.
