This superb duplex with 4 rooms + mezzanine is located on the 1st floor (single level access) in a chalet with 4 apartments, its surface area is 82 m² including 15 m² less than 1.80 m, it allows comfortable sleeping for 8 people. It is exposed south and west.
Its decoration is neat and mixes wood and modernity. It offers great comfort with, in particular, 2 large south-facing balconies allowing you to enjoy the sun.

On the ground floor, an independent entrance gives access:
- to a large bright living room with open-plan kitchen and access to a large balcony allowing meals to be taken,
- a separate WC,
- a parental bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm) equipped with a walk-in shower.

A staircase leads to the first floor:
- a bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm) with its balcony,
- a bedroom (2 single beds 80x190 cm which can be twinned in 160)
- a mezzanine with sleeping area (2 single beds 80x190 cm can be twinned 160)
- a bathroom (walk-in shower) with WC,

Fitted sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers are provided.

A heated laundry room adjacent to the apartment allows you to dry your anoraks, pants, gloves. For your comfort, an electric shoe dryer has been installed so that you can always leave with dry and warm shoes. To manage your laundry during your stay, you also have a washing machine and dryer.

The equipment is numerous: TV, WIFI, Bluetooth speaker, chrome cast, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, garden furniture, etc.

The apartment has covered parking in the residence and private outdoor parking in front of our chalet.
