Wellness area with sauna, hammam, Scottish shower, wooden bathtub. Upstairs: fully equipped fitted kitchen living room open to the dining room and the living room, 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility from the terrace with shower room (adapted shower and toilet). On the second floor: 3 bedrooms (2 twin single beds with private bathroom + WC) with access to the balcony. Private and sheltered parking on the property.
