This impeccably-maintained 32 m² ground-floor flat has 2 rooms and sleeps up to 5 people.
The 10 m² patio (with patio furniture and parasol in summer) faces the south-east.
Kitchenette with refrigerator, vitroceramic hob, mini oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.
Bathroom with bath, separate toilet.
Separate alcove with 2 bunkbeds. The top bunk is unsuitable for children under the age of 6 years.
Bedroom with 1 double bed.
Living room with a convertible sofa-bed, radio, and 80cm flat-screen TV.
Blankets, duvets and pillows provided. Electric heating. Carpet and tile flooring. You are responsible for end-of-stay cleaning. Pets are not allowed.
Arrivals from 4 pm. Departure by 9 am.
Sums payable: €400 security deposit per apartment + €60 cleaning costs.
Visitors' tax: €0.50 per person (aged 13 and above) per day.
