The chalet is south-facing with large balconies on three sides (south, east, and west) to make the most of the view facing Mont Blanc and the sun. In Hauteluce, the chalet is located approximately 100 meters on foot from shops including a grocery store and four very good restaurants.

Ideally situated in the center of three ski resorts:
- Less than 1km from the Chozal chairlift (Espace Diamant Les Saisies)
- Free shuttles 100 meters from the chalet to Les Saisies and Les Contamines Montjoie, with car access 13km from Arêches Beaufort.

You will have access to a three-level chalet of 400m² + mezzanine.

It includes:
Mezzanine with a cinema room (TV + Home Cinema) and children's play/rest area.

On the ground floor:
- A spacious living room of 80m² with fully equipped kitchen + bar, table for 15 people, large balcony with table + chairs,
- An accessible bedroom (bed 140x200) with its bathroom.

Lower level (R-1):
- Bedroom #1 - one double bed (160 x 200) + 1 bunk child bed (70x140) + bathroom + desk
- Bedroom #2 - one double bed (160 x 200) + bathroom + desk
- Bedroom #3 - one double bed (160 x 200) + 1 bunk child bed (70x140) + bathroom + desk
- Bedroom #4 - one double bed (160 x 200) + bathroom + desk
- Dormitory #1 - 4 bunk beds (90 x 200) + bathroom
- Dormitory #2 - 4 bunk beds (90 x 200) + bathroom

Lower level (R-2):
- A large "well-being" area equipped with Jacuzzi & Sauna (You will have a breathtaking view facing Mont Blanc from inside the Jacuzzi).
- A ski room with ski rack and boot dryers
A game/sports room

Next to the chalet, you will have a closed garage for 4 cars with an electric charging station.
