- Winter: 900 m from the start of the Hauteluce-Val-Joly-Contamines-Montjoie ski runs and 6 km from the start of the Les Saisies ski runs in Hauteluce.
- Summer: at the start of hiking and cycling trails, in the heart of the Beaufortain massif.

This 340 m² chalet for 15 pers includes:

- Access to the chalet via a private road (cleared of snow in winter)
