The chalet is nestled in the heights of Morzine on the backside of Le Pleney and is a 5 minute walk from the village and the ski lifts. The chalet has superb views of the village of Morzine, the heights of Avoriaz and the surrounding mountains.

It is a modern chalet tastefully decorated with luxury furnishings and various works of art. It has a quality sound system in all rooms, a large TV with internet access in the living room and in each room and of course Wi-Fi available throughout the property.

Chalet Kapa is spread over 4 floors with a large entrance hall, storage area and garage on the lower level.

The bedrooms are on the first floor with the master suite on the third. The second floor has a large open plan living room with a central kitchen, dining room and comfortable seating at each end.

The ground floor is impressive, it covers the whole area of the cottage with large windows at both ends which offer great light to the whole room as well as the dining room. Sliding doors offer fantastic views of the village and lead out onto a large balcony and private terrace with built-in jacuzzi.

The central kitchen is stylish and modern, fully equipped for all your needs or those of the chef. You can relax on comfortable seats around an 80 inch television with internet access. The dining room has a large custom-made wooden table to accommodate all guests.

A high quality sound system runs throughout the house and can be controlled from the living room or by mobile phone from anywhere in the chalet. Each room is equipped with its own system but can also be linked to the rest of the chalet.

Rooms

The master suite has a super king size double bed and a luxury en-suite bathroom and wardrobe. The room has its own private balcony.

The other 3 bedrooms also have large luxury beds and en-suite bathrooms. Room 4 is the family room with a door to a quadruple room, perfect for a group of children. The room has bunk beds and a large patio door to their own terrace. It is the perfect place for children to play in the snow safely.

The chalet has a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage, and there is also a ski boot warmer. The lower floor of the chalet also has a toilet.
