This chalet has 3 levels and 6 bedrooms for a total surface area of 170m², which is very rare in the region. It sleeps 14 people. Bed linen is provided for all bedrooms.
The ground floor comprises a games room with table football, a terrace, a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and bath and WC, 2 bedrooms, a shower room with WC and a laundry area (fridge, washing machine).
The main floor (1st floor) offers a large 35 m² living room (with television) with open-plan kitchen, a beautiful loggia with views of Mont Blanc (allowing you to enjoy your meals on the terrace), 1 entrance hall, 1 ski room with boot dryer, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and a separate WC.
Finally, on the upper floor, there is a lounge for relaxing (sofas, television area) with an adjoining balcony, a bedroom, a shower room and a separate WC.
Kitchen equipment on the 1st floor: dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.).
Heating: electric radiators, and wood-burning stove in the 2 living rooms.
Access:
In summer, access is via a small carriage road. There is a 5-space car park at the rear of the chalet.
In winter, snow is cleared daily, when necessary, to facilitate access to the foot of the chalet (winter equipment is compulsory).
