This method allows children, teenagers and adults alike to tap into their inner world, to free their gestures and to let their original creative possibilities emerge. It is the happiness of a simple pleasure... to draw freely and to let one's imagination run free.
To make this natural and spontaneous expression possible, the Atelier L'échappatoire offers a quiet space away from the public eye, where there is no judgement, no comparison and no competition.
This space gives everyone the opportunity to assert their personality / experiment / play / dare / take time / live in the moment / settle down / recharge / listen to themselves / be themselves / be themselves among others / share / be benevolent / overcome their shyness / overcome their inhibitions and prejudices / unlearn competition / be confident / be autonomous / assert themselves / feel free...
The classes are held in small groups of mixed ages, where participants learn at their own pace, in a friendly and calm atmosphere, with simple rules. We learn how to measure out our water and gouache. As time goes by, the gestures are more mastered and more precise.
The paintings are done standing up on grape size sheets, with high quality brushes and non-toxic and natural paint.
The participants have the possibility to add leaves and thus to enlarge their painting to make frescos.
An 18-colour table is set up in the middle of the space, a place to meet and share. Many other colours can be obtained, when desired.
