The living room with its fully-equipped kitchen (traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc.....) and sitting area with TV (free wifi sharing connection)and a south-west balcony.
The shower room features a magnificent 140 x 90 shower with overhead showerhead and multi-jet
washbasin, wall-hung toilet and washing machine, all lit by a roof window.
Central heating in winter and communal hot water ensure optimum comfort, with
our little ecological bonus: solar hot water.
To complete the picture, we have a large private courtyard for parking and a (shared) garden with a ping-pong table.
