Built over 200 years ago and perfectly maintained, the house awaits you in the laces of the ladders, just below the Mont-Cenis dam. It is located at equal distance from Susa in Italy and Val Cenis Lanslebourg (20 km), in a place that is both very easy to reach and in total immersion with the 360° panorama of the surrounding French and Italian mountains in the company of the neighbouring marmots.
On the ground floor, you will find a large open room including a fully equipped kitchen made of local stone (oven, fridge, 4 gas rings), a living room with a large table for your meals, the central fireplace (wood provided), as well as a lounge area with a sofa (convertible if necessary).
You will also find a shower, WC and washing machine on the ground floor.
On the first floor, 3 double bedrooms of about 12m² each, one open onto the living room, the 2 others are closed by a door. There is also a bathroom with shower and WC.
Outside, 450m² of playground, open onto a magnificent landscape, will meet your expectations, with garden furniture and barbecue at your disposal.
The reception will be made by the Italian owner of birth but speaking French for your exchanges.

The + of the renting: sheets are provided, the garage which shelters the reserve of wood can also be used to store bicycles or motorbikes in complete safety.
