200 metres from the start of the new Planchamp cable car, which replaced the Altispace cable car,

Accessed by lift from the basement, the flat comprises 2 bedrooms:
- 1 master suite with 1 double bed and a bathroom with bathtub
- 1 bedroom with 3 beds: 1 double bed and a mezzanine bed suitable for an adult or child aged 6+,
- 1 shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin, WC and washing machine
- 1 separate WC.
The living area includes a sitting area, an open-plan kitchen and a dining area.

If required, you can have 2 extra beds in the living room (2 single sofa beds). Umbrella bed and nomad chair available.
All beds are equipped with undersheets, duvets and pillows. (disposable undersheets are also available).
You'll also have all the equipment you need: fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, combined grill and fan oven, coffee maker, kettle, raclette set, fondue set, hairdryer......Paper towels, dishwasher pods and washing machine provided.

Covered car park with direct lift access to the residence.

The flat is available from 5 p.m. (it can be made available from 1 p.m. for a supplement of €45, to be arranged at the time of booking) and must be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest on the day of your departure.
Our service provider will welcome you and hand over the keys.
Other possible services :
- beds made on arrival
- rental of bed linen and household linen left and collected in the flat,
- hire of baby equipment (bed, chair, pushchair, baby carrier, etc.).

End-of-stay cleaning :
Due to sanitary conditions, except for the kitchen area, which is your responsibility, this will systematically be entrusted to our service provider, who will also ensure that the flat is completely disinfected in accordance with standard EN 14 476.
This service will be invoiced in addition to the rent.
