Free parking in the basement of the residence
The flat is available from 5 p.m. onwards (it can be made available from 1 p.m. onwards for a supplement of 30 € to be paid at the time of booking) and must be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest on the day of your departure.

Cleaning at the end of your stay
Due to the sanitary conditions, except for the kitchen area, which is your responsibility, it will be systematically entrusted to our service provider who will also ensure a total disinfection of the flat according to the EN 14 476 standard.
This service will be invoiced in addition to the rent.
The applicable tourist tax of 0.90 €/day per resident over 18 years of age is also part of the supplements that will be invoiced to you.

All reservations will be reimbursed if measures are taken in the context of the fight against COVID 19: new confinement, travel restrictions, prefectural decree prohibiting stays in secondary residences or any other governmental reasons linked to the epidemic making it impossible to carry out the stay. The latter will be reimbursed in full unless it has already begun, in which case it will be calculated on a pro rata basis of the nights consumed.
