This circuit can be done as an alternative return leg for the Tour du Lac du Bourget or by starting directly along the lake's eastern shore. Whichever route you take, you will quickly rise above the lake.

After the final hairpin bend and the tunnel, look right over the cliff to see the dizzying view over the lake. This view can also be admired from the Restaurant de la Cambotte, whose terrace hangs over the void!
