If you are a beginner, come and give it a go! We offer private or group lessons, several courses are available to help you discover climbing.
Or maybe you have done some climbing but want to try some harder routes? Our guides are happy to accompany you and train you both in the local region, in other areas of France (les Alpes, les gorges du Verdon, les Calanques, Buoux…) or even in different countries (the Dolomites in Italy, The Taghia Gorges in Morocco or even the US….).

Reception
Technical equipment is provided by the Bureau des Guides. For beginners, a pair of trainers is sufficient. For intermediate and advanced climbers, climbing shoes are recommended.
