A year-round team takes care of your welcome and the preparation of your stay.

It consists of a reception service, a communication service and an animation service. In high season, the team is supported by resident adviser who open the doors to the information points located in the resort, at Col de Merdassier.

The Tourist Office also offers various services:
- free wifi access,
- the sale of hiking and mountain biking maps and guides,
- the sale of goodies,
- registrations for events, activities and ticket offices,
- paret rental, winter: € 4,
- sound system rental: 25 €,
- pro tent rental: € 15,
- a defibrillator at the Merdassier info point,
- wooden games in the resort. made available free of charge

Accessibility facilitated at the Tourist Office, with PMR places and an access ramp. WC also for PRM. Adapted premises for an optimal reception and listening. Complement oral information with written information. Work is currently underway to identify and put in place documentation listing accessible activities.

Quiet tourist offices, with no background noise and well lit to communicate well with customers. Tourist information communicated via paper. Distinctly spoken and well articulated sentences.

Mental Disability

Taking into account the specific needs of the client. Vocabulary adapted to the person and tourist information provided, in a calm and pleasant environment.

Visual Disability

Premises adapted to avoid obstacles in the client's pathway. Quiet and customer-friendly premises; verbal exchange and sound cues to help the customer take in information. Possibility of closing the blinds in case of discomfort due to the light.
