From sunrise to sunset, from east to west, time goes by. The sunrise is represented by a golden and copper disc and a crescent covered in mesh with tiers of colored glass from Murano. In the centre, the other white steel crescent represents the moon. The work is supported by five pins in a concrete base and covered by a few pebbles from the Arve river. Brunelli (1931) lives near Milan in Italy. Sculptor and painter, he also works extensively in theatre, making costumes and sets.

Also visit the baroque Church of St Pierre & St Paul in Passy Chef-Lieu.
