This "Comfort" trail offers an amusing opportunity to discover the story of Hannibal and his journey across the Alps.
Sign up to join the army of the famous Carthaginian fighter and follow enigmas and clues to help your leader cross the Alps to attack Rome.
Enjoy regular breaks in the shade of the Arolla pines and contemplate the peaks and glaciers of the Vanoise mountains.
This Comfort trail links up with the Savoy Discovery Walk (a "Liberty" trail) which follows in the footsteps of a Roman legionary.
The Tourist Office sells soldier and legionary costumes for these walks.
