When parents listen to these needs, by reassuring and consoling them in moments of emotional turmoil, they allow their child to build himself and develop the brain areas that will be useful for managing his emotions later on.
We then offer our child the possibility of building his or her individuality, of knowing himself or herself better, and of opening up to the world and to others. Through the workshops I offer, let's recreate together this universe for the "well-born" of your whole family

For mothers-to-be:
Pregnant woman massage: 65 € (2h including 1h of massage, a time of relaxation thanks to the rebozzo and a time of exchange).
Daddy coach" workshop: 35 € 1h where you will learn how to massage and relax your partner and accompany her at best during her pregnancy and childbirth.

For babies:
Baby well-birth massage workshop: 4 sessions 35 €/session, 3 workshops 110 € and 2 sessions 75 €.
Physiological babywearing workshop: 60 € per session (0-6 months or 7 months and over) 95 € for 2 sessions.
Baby yoga workshop: 35 €/session for individuals and 30 €/session for groups (possibility of a package to group sessions).

For older children (from 3 years old):
Children's massage workshop: 40 €.
For children in the valley, the kids yoga workshops are held in groups of 5 sessions every 2 months, 5 times a year. The price is €60 for 5 sessions.

For babies and children:
Reflexology workshop for babies and children: 60 €/session.
